This fabulous example finished in silver with black leather interior and was displayed in 2018 at Mercedes-Benz World as one of the stars of their ’50 Years of AMG’ exhibition, it has appeared on the covers of both Modern Classics and Mercedes Enthusiasts magazines, the latter describing it as ‘one of the nicest E55s we have seen!’ The interior trim is dark walnut and it comes with a high specification including front electric memory and heated seats, electric rear sunblind, cruise control, factory Bose sound system with 6CD multi-changer, automatic gearbox, electric tilt and slide glass sunroof to name a few. The car was imported from Japan in 2016 by the previous owner, and it is supplied with the import documentation verifying the mileage. There is also paperwork in the history file documenting the work carried out on the car since its arrival to Europe. It was last serviced less than 3,000 km ago. In 2017, the last owner had the car fully Dinitrolled underneath for protection, along with a full gearbox oil service at Mercedes-Benz specialist, when it also had a new battery fitted. This superb example comes with two sets of keys.
